Chiggago provides Island Rescue. This policy covers the game, this website and support emails you send us. Contact esobrolife@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your current board, completed levels, hint counts, tutorial status and preferences such as language and sound on your device. It also keeps a limited local activity log to check game, advertising and purchase flows. These logs are not automatically uploaded to us.
The app requires no account, offers no developer-operated cloud progress sync, and does not send your boards or level records to our servers. Whether system backups include app data depends on your device settings.
Advertising and privacy choices
The free version integrates Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform for privacy choices. Depending on service availability, device and settings, Google may process approximate location inferred from an IP address, device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, performance information and crash diagnostics to deliver and measure ads, improve services and prevent abuse.
The app requests non-personalized ads and disables the publisher first-party identifier feature. This does not mean the advertising SDK processes no information. Ads are requested only when the privacy-choice status permits them. When the service requires a privacy-options entry point, you can reopen it through Ad privacy choices in Settings.
After a Remove Ads entitlement is verified, the app stops requesting or displaying in-game ads. This purchase does not retrospectively delete information Google already processed. Core gameplay works offline, and you do not need to watch rewarded ads to keep playing.
Purchases and entitlement verification
Apple’s App Store processes payments and purchases. We do not receive your card number, payment password or Apple Account password. The app uses transaction and entitlement information from Apple to verify or restore Remove Ads.
To recognize a verified purchase offline, the app keeps the product identifier, transaction identifier, verification time and related verification information in the device Keychain. This record is not uploaded to a developer backend. Uninstalling the app may not remove Keychain records. Apple handles and retains transaction information under its own policies.
Support email
When you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any version information, device details or screenshots you choose to attach. We use this to reply, troubleshoot and handle information requests. Email providers also process this information to deliver and store messages. Do not send passwords, full payment details or unrelated sensitive information.
Website and external links
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. We add no advertising tracking cookies or contact forms. Cloudflare may add a web analytics beacon to page responses and process network and usage information to deliver pages, provide traffic statistics, maintain security and troubleshoot issues. The hosting response can differ from the pages bundled for offline reading in the app.
An email link opens your email application; it does not send a message automatically. When you visit external services such as Google or Apple, their privacy policies apply.
Retention and deletion
Local game progress remains until the corresponding app data is removed. Resetting a puzzle does not erase all progress. Device backups and Keychain records are managed by the operating system and may be retained differently from app data.
Support emails are kept only as needed to resolve your issue, provide necessary follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to delete support information we hold. If information must be retained for legal requirements or a dispute, we will explain why. Google, Apple and email providers apply their own retention policies and handle requests for the information they process.
Your choices and requests
You can adjust app settings, update advertising privacy choices where available, or stop using the relevant online services. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restrictions on our use of your personal information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact our support address; reasonable verification of your identity may be required.
We cannot remotely access or delete a game save stored only on your device, or delete records independently processed by Apple or Google on their behalf. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission can contact us for assistance.
Processing locations and security
Google, Apple, email and hosting providers may process information outside your country or region. Consult their policies for processing locations and safeguards. We limit the use of support information and use system-provided purchase verification and storage. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

We will update this page and its revision date when features or information practices change. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
